T-Shirt Designs for Cabrillo Summer Academy

I designed this t-shirt graphic back in 2010 for the County Office of Education and I have been fortunate enough to be asked to update the design each year. The Cabrillo Summer Academy is a one week course of classes for middle and high school students to explore different career pathways. This year a new focus is on college prep, culinary and bicycle tech classes.

I am having an art show at Cafe Delmarette in Santa Cruz California. Opening night is this Friday the 2nd from 7-9 PM. This is a not-for-sale art show, a display of my illustrations from different periods. Contemporary medieval fare shall be supped upon.

New Project: Moving Toward Net-Zero by Finelite

This is a motion graphics marketing video for Finelite Inc. It was created for their new Net-Zero initiative launched in summer 2011. Finelite creates energy efficient lighting solutions for businesses, schools, universities and institutions. This project was brought to me by the The Creative Group.

This was another fun animation I created for Stanfords START (Successful Transition to Anesthesia Residency Training) program video series.

Intel 3D Animation, updated for 2011

This is an older project that Intel asked me to update with their new chipset. This animation shows a simplified example of how sand is converted to silicon and circuits.

Back In Biz...

I haven't been posting much because I have launched my second career in Teaching this year. I spent the last 9 months teaching computer graphics, web design and video production and completing work for my designated subject teaching credential. The school year ends next week. I have posted my ad's back up and am busy with two animation projects currently. As much as I enjoy teaching, it feels good to be back in business.
